Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your goal is to increase the pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
• Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and emails
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/account executives
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns
• Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in anyone field
• 2–4 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
