Sales Development Representative

CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on roll job

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
• Identify and onboard top financial advisors and leaders.
• Develop and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Participate in field activities to expand customer reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Age 21-38, valid driver’s license, own two-wheeler.
