Roles:
Motivating and encouraging the sales team.
Building a good relationship with the clients.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Generate leads through networking, and other prospecting activities.
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2+ years of any field sales experience
Good Communication skills
