Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Agency Channel drives growth by generating leads, managing relationships with insurance agents, and expanding our network.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new insurance agents and agencies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
Develop and implement strategies to drive agency channel sales.
Train and support agents on our life insurance products.
Monitor sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and provide reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and agency operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local.
