Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify leads, setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, email, and networking events.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage potential customers and introduce our solutions.
- Qualify Leads: Assess prospects’ needs and determine their fit with our products and services.
- Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings for the sales team with qualified leads to drive the sales process forward.
- Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
