Job Description

This is a leadership role involving team management responsibilities. The primary duties include recruiting Business Partners who will, in turn, recruit advisors.

Key responsibilities include: 

Recruiting and developing a team of Financial Advisors.

Providing training, motivation, and guidance to ensure timely product sales.

Delivering product knowledge updates regularly.

Coordinating with trainers to conduct frequent training sessions for enhanced understanding.

Generating business through the recruited Financial Advisors.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates should possess sales experience in industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, FMCG, or similar sectors.
 
 
 
Qualifications and Skills :

2 + years of Experiene in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
Age between 21 to c38 Years.

Must be local candidates
