Accountabilities :

– Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals.

– Select, develop, inspire, and counsel a group of salespeople

– Seeking out possible leaders and financial consultants.

– Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Oversee the year-end and month-end closing procedures.

– Fieldwork to contact as many customers as possible

Ideal Candidate Characteristics :

– Requirements : Graduate degree

– Experience : 1-4 years of Field Sales & Marketing

– Age range : 21 to 38 years old.

– Needs Two Wheelers
