About the Role:
The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
Requirements: - 1-2+ years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Compensation: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.50 LPA + incentives.
