Location: Telangana – Hyderabad-Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad-Medchal Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Jagtial

About the Role: 
The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
    Requirements: 
  • 1-2+ years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Minimum undergraduate degree.
  • Compensation: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.50 LPA + incentives.
