Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding business targets.

– Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

– Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries effectively.

– Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

– Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing.

Age should be between 21 to 38 years

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
