Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:
– Recruit and manage insurance agents.
– Drive business through the agency channel.
– Train and develop agents to achieve targets.
– Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance.
– Conduct field visits and provide market support.

Requirements :
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
– Graduation is mandatory
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Good local market knowledge
– Willingness to travel within assigned areas
