Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales training initiatives.
Create and maintain up-to-date sales collateral and resources.
Oversee and optimize sales tools and technology (CRM, sales platforms).
Enhance sales workflows and processes for improved efficiency.
Use data analysis to identify trends and improve sales performance.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment.
Provide continuous support, coaching, and feedback to the sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or a comparable role.
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Proven ability to develop impactful training materials and presentations.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
