• Build and manage a high-performing team of Financial Consultants (FCs) to enhance the distribution of insurance products.
• Continuously train, motivate, and support FCs to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals and development of their skills.
•  Facilitate regular meetings with FCs to introduce innovative insurance solutions and engage potential clients.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in field sales, marketing, or related roles.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication with a focus on direct sourcing and networking.
•  Education: Any graduate.
• Other: Local residents preferred.
