Job Description
Finding, assessing, and implementing strategic opportunities that support a company’s growth, profitability, and market expansion are the responsibilities of a corporate development manager, a senior-level professional. This position is essential to assisting a firm in achieving its long-term goals through partnerships, investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Principal Duties:
-Take charge of or assist with the acquisition process, from finding targets to closing agreements.
-Assess possible acquisitions’ worth, hazards, and strategic fit by doing due diligence.
After acquisition, oversee integration procedures.
-To improve corporate capabilities, find possible partners, work out terms, and establish strategic alliances.
Establish and preserve connections with important external parties, including partners, consultants, and investors.
-Identify new trends, possible areas for expansion, and risks from competitors by doing in-depth market research.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
