Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Sales Executive to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management.
CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Unit/Development managers.
- To meet potential clients in the market.
- Knowledge of insurance market sales.
- Manage the agency budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
Qualification Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Age: 21 to 38 years.
- At least 2+ years of experience in on-field sales functions.
- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3-5 years.
