Job Description : 

  • Recruitment and development of quality advisors
  • Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
  • Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
  • Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and providing needs based training.
  • Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
  • Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
  • Identify different strategies Both straggling and Successive.
  • Responsible for generating sales and achieving corporate goals.

Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
  • Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Customer-oriented
