Seeking a proactive Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to drive growth in our life insurance agency force. Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing agents to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies and attract talented agents.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance agent skills.
• Set performance targets, monitor metrics, and provide feedback.
• Expand agency network through strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and prepare reports on agency performance.

Requirement:

Any of degree

min 1 to 2 year of experience of sales and marketing
