Job Description

Their primary role involves setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets those targets.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor and develop insurance agents and nurture them to reach their full potential
• Set clear objectives and establish sales targets for the team
• Generate leads and ensure optimal conversion ratios
• Monitor sales progress and keep up to date with latest insurance products and regulations
• Oversee all insurance sales, from initial contact to policy completion
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
• Prepare sales reports for senior management

They work closely with their team, providing training, motivation and guidance to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

1. Requirements: Graduate degree
2. Experience: 2 To 5 years of Field Sales & Marketing
3. Age range: 21 to 38 years old.
4. Needs two-wheelers
