Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive sales of our products, develop client relationships, and provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and present insurance quotes and policy documents.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service; experience in the BFSI sector is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
