Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to individual and business clients. Also calls and meets with clients and potential clients to grow their customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients by presenting suitable insurance products.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Graduation mandatory
- Age 21-38
- 1 year sales experience
- Full time
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
