Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with advisors, and contributing to the company’s success in the highly competitive life insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and help agents meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong agent relationships.
• Provide training and sales support to agents.
• Generate leads and assist in closing sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven.
