Summary:
The role involves achieving business targets, fostering advisor productivity, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
· Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve set objectives
· Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of agents.
· Keep the advisor team updated on new products, policies, and sales strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales
· Local Candidate Needed
· Age Limit-21 To 38
