Sales Executive

Job Description

To increase sales and expand our Agency Channel in the insurance industry, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive. The job include bringing in new business, cultivating connections with brokers, and marketing our insurance offerings to customers.

Requirements:

• Create leads, then turn them into sales.
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with agents and clients.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly or monthly goals.
Educate clients about insurance products by giving presentations.
• Keep up with market developments to spot openings.
• Assure correct paperwork and compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

Requirements:

• One to three years in marketing and sales
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to adjust to hectic situations.
• A local candidate is required.
