Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales executive to drive business growth, build strong relationships with advisors, and contribute to our success in the competitive life insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the acquisition of new clients and assist agents in meeting their sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with agents to support their ongoing success.
• Provide training, guidance, and sales support to agents to help them achieve their goals.
• Actively generate leads and assist agents in closing sales effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Must be local.
