Job Description

Sales Executive

Overview: 

The Sales Executive is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, recruit new agents, and provide ongoing coaching and support. The USM will drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee daily operations to meet business objectives in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet sales goals.
  • Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Report on team performance, sales results, and market insights.

 

Qualifications and skills:

  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Ability to drive results and lead a team to success.
