Job Description

Responsibility

– To build a strong sales team, identify and hire potential agents.
– Motivate and lead your field sales team with a clear sense of purpose.
– Maintain open and frequent communication with agents to resolve issues and provide assistance.
– Provide agents with market data so that they can efficiently tailor their sales strategies.
– Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity.
– Ensure that agents are up to date on the latest regulations, goods, and compliance requirements.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree In Any Field
  • Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Age Will Be 21 To 38
  • Local Candidate Mandatory
