Job Description

The unit sales manager is in charge of managing and guiding the sales team inside a particular unit.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead the sales team to accomplish objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.

Competency and Qualifications:

  • proven proficiency in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented.
  • It is preferred to have a bachelor’s degree.
