Key Role

• Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs)
• Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance
• Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.

Candidate profile :

• Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing
• Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing
• CTC Bracket: up To : 3.20 LPA
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
• Location: Candidate must be a locality
