- Hiring and training agents to effectively sell insurance policies.
- Executing sales strategies to achieve set business targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents.
- Handling claim investigations as necessary.
- Developing a robust network within the industry.
- Monitoring agent licensing and ensuring timely activation.
- Providing ongoing product and process training to agents.
- Maintaining a target-driven approach for consistent performance.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales.
- Comfortable with field sales.
- Full-time graduate or diploma holder (10+2+3 years).
