Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage Clients: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track leads and sales progress using CRM software.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

    Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales or business development.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-driven with a passion for sales.
