The Sales Executive in the Agency Channel plays a key role in driving business growth within a designated region. This position focuses on recruiting, training, and leading a team of skilled financial advisors to meet sales targets and ensure overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and inspire financial advisors to consistently achieve performance goals.
- Create and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and refine strategies based on performance insights.
- Offer continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Equip agents with effective techniques to target and engage high-potential customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2+ years in sales and marketing across any industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide a team toward business objectives.
