Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our Insurance vertical within our NBFC business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage the NBFC customer base for cross-selling and upselling insurance solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently across various insurance products.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in insurance sales
- Strong understanding of insurance products
- Excellent communication, persuasion
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
- Bachelor’s degree
