Job Description
Job Objective:
To obtain sales by hiring, training, and supervising a group of insurance salespeople and consultants
Using the agency channel, set goals and promote company expansion.
Important Duties:
- Recruit and train new agents for insurance.
- Agents should be encouraged to reach and surpass sales goals.
- By conducting frequent field visits, agents’ performance is tracked and supported.
- Lead sales and product training sessions.
- Establish trusting bonds with agents to keep and expand the channel.
- Make sure that corporate rules and legal requirements are followed.
- Create and send management reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Experience and Proficiency:
- A bachelor’s degree
- At least a year’s experience selling insurance or in a related capacity.
- Proficient in team management and leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- The ability to inspire and propel a group of people toward objectives.
