About the Role:
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Executive – Agency Channel who thrives in an ultra-competitive and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end agency channel lifecycle—from acquisition, onboarding, and enablement to scaling, optimization, and performance turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and execute regional channel growth strategy aligned with business goals, with a sharp focus on scalability and sustainability.
Aggressively acquire top-tier agency partners through data-driven targeting, market mapping, and high-impact pitching.
Lead a portfolio of 100+ agency accounts across geographies; optimize channel performance through structured interventions.
Implement performance frameworks, sales accelerators, digital tools, and incentives to improve agent output and partner ROI.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Ops teams to ensure full-circle support for agency growth and customer acquisition.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal governance frameworks across all agency interactions.
Coach and develop a team of Agency Development Executives (ADEs) or field staff (if applicable), driving on-ground execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree .
5–8 years of progressive experience in agency/channel sales, insurance, or BFSI.
Proven ability to scale business via indirect sales models.
Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities.
