Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive/Manager to manage sales through our partner bank branches. You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with bank staff, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets through effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and management
Promote and sell company products to bank customers through direct engagement and joint calls
Educate and train bank employees on product features and sales techniques
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Support bank teams in lead generation, conversion, and post-sale service
Monitor branch performance and provide regular updates to leadership
Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory standards
Act as the key point of contact between the company and assigned branches
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate degree
3–8 years of experience in financial services, preferably in bancassurance or channel sales
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and engage partner teams
Sales-focused and target-driven mindset
