About the job:
To oversee and guide our agency channel, we are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Agency Sales Manager. The incumbent will be in charge of hiring advisers, hitting sales goals, and making sure regulations are followed.
Principal Duties:
Create and oversee a group of advisors.
Put business plans into action to reach company sales targets.
Keep an eye on performance indicators and produce reports on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or finance, preferably with an MBA or its equivalent.
Two years or more of experience in agency sales or a similar field.
Competencies Needed:
Capabilities for teamwork and leadership.

Strong interpersonal and bargaining abilities.
