We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead, coach, and inspire agents, driving performance and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and guide a team of agents to achieve personal and team performance goals.
Regularly assess performance, providing constructive feedback and tailored development plans.
Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance agent skills and capabilities.
Work closely with leadership to align agent development with business goals.
Qualification & Experience:
Must have completed Graduation.
At least 1+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
Excellent skills in building relationships with agents and clients.
