Channel : On Roll
Other     : Local candidate of that area and should have a good local network.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
– Recruit Business Associate and advisors
– Coordinate for the regulatory trainings
– Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
– Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings
– Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
– Drive business submission and issuances

Candidate Requirement: 
1. Graduation in Any Stream
2. Mini. 1 to 2 Years in sales and Marketing of Life Insurance
3. Attractive Personality and good communication skills
4. One who ready for challenges
5. Age: 21 to 38 Yrs.
