Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.
– Drive sales performance and meet business targets.
– Handle client concerns quickly and professionally.
– Determine where there are chances to cross-sell or upsell products.
– Work closely with sales and operations teams to enhance client experience
– Ensure client retention and satisfaction metrics are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory)
– 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or relationship handling
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Local candidates preferred.
