Job Description

Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor sales performance and report results to management.

Requirements:

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory. 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. 
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
