• Work closely with team leaders to achieve individual and team sales targets. 
• Keep accurate records of client details, follow-ups, and conversions. 
• Stay up to date with the latest insurance products and market trends. 
• Assist in renewals and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Qualification & Experience: 

• Graduate in any stream. 
• 1 years of experience in sales or marketing. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn. 
• Must be open to travel locally for field sales. 
• Knowledge of local language and geography is a plus.
