Sales Executive- Agency channel

Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our agency channel. You will be responsible for building a network of insurance agents, supporting their development, and ensuring strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new agents
• Provide product training and regular guidance
• Support agents in planning and executing their sales
• Monitor daily performance and help improve results
• Maintain strong working relationships with partners

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Previous experience in field sales or agency model preferred
• Excellent people skills and ability to lead from the front
• Comfortable with local travel and field visits
