Job Title : Sales Executive – Agency Channel (Insurance) 

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram- Haryana

Job Type: Full-Time

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Job Summary: 

Join our team as a Sales Executive to support agency sales development in the insurance sector. The role includes recruiting agents, guiding sales, and ensuring field targets are met. Local candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build a strong agent base and support their sales
  • Conduct meetings, training, and field support
  • Work towards achieving personal and team targets
  • Ensure quality lead conversion and follow-ups
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of agents
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Confident communicator and motivator
  • Local area familiarity will be an advantage
