Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram- Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Sales Executive to support agency sales development in the insurance sector. The role includes recruiting agents, guiding sales, and ensuring field targets are met. Local candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong agent base and support their sales
- Conduct meetings, training, and field support
- Work towards achieving personal and team targets
- Ensure quality lead conversion and follow-ups
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of agents
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- 2+ years of field sales experience
- Confident communicator and motivator
- Local area familiarity will be an advantage
