- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and
- rofessional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to do cross-selling for insurance.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative
