Job Description:
A Sales Executive – Banca Channel works with banks and insurance companies to provide financial services to customers. They help customers understand their financial needs and recommend the best products. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Understand a customer’s financial goals and needs. 
• Help customers to choose the best financial products for their needs.  
• Maintain relationships with customers and bank staff.  
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to bank customers. 
• Work with bank staff to identify potential customers. 
• Coach bank employees on sales techniques. 

Qualification & Experience: 

• A graduate degree is mandatory. 
• Minimum 1+ years in sales/marketing. 
• Must be a resident or native of the area for 3+ years. 
• Basic knowledge of insurance/banking operations. 
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
