We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – BFSI Sales to manage company-provided leads, present suitable insurance solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on leads provided by the company.
  • Explain insurance policies clearly, highlighting benefits and features tailored to client needs.
  • Build trust and convince customers to purchase the most suitable policy.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients.
  • Create customized presentations based on the client’s financial goals and budget.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
  • Organize and conduct sales visits to drive business growth.
  • Ensure a professional, client-focused sales experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory).
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in the local or residential area preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
