Job Title: Sales Executive – BFSI Sales
Location: Bangalore, India
Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
CTC : 3.75 to 4.25 LPA
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our BFSI team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, building strong relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets within the BFSI domain.
Key Rsponsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BFSI vertical
- Promote and sell financial products such as loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer service
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Key Skills:
- Proven BFSI sales experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals
- Good knowledge of financial products
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in BFSI sales preferred
Location-Specific Notes (Bangalore):
✅ Familiarity with Bangalore’s local market & clientele
✅ Comfortable with on-field client meetings across Bangalore
✅ Ability to communicate in Kannada (preferred) + English/Hindi
