Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team to prospect and qualify leads globally.
– Conduct outbound prospecting via visit, calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
– Identify and engage potential customers in global markets.
– Set meetings with decision-makers and key influencers.
– Learn and understand the company’s product in detail.
– Conduct discoveries identifying customer pain points and requirements.
– Pitch the solution to close deals.
Qaulification:
– Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant core experience in B2B/Corporate sales roles
– Proven understanding of direct/indirect sales processes and strategies.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
