We are seeking a Sales Executive Development Manager to build and guide a team of sales professionals. The role involves recruiting, training, and supervising the team to ensure business targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and lead a team of sales executives
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support
• Ensure achievement of sales goals and business growth
• Track team performance and support field operations
• Report sales updates and team progress to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
