Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated and experienced professional to lead and develop a team of Sales Executives. This position is responsible for recruiting top talent, guiding their performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build a high-performing team through recruitment and training.
• Set clear objectives and drive team performance.
• Mentor executives to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Execute sales plans aligned with business goals.
• Track individual and team KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Generate reports and offer insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Prior experience in sales management of Minimum 1+ Years .
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
