Position Summary:

Job Duties:
• Prospect and acquire new customers in your assigned territory
• Conduct field activities, generate leads, and close deals
• Support a small team of local advisors and assist in daily operations
• Maintain documentation and follow-up for service or renewals
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to goal tracking

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Age: 22–40 years
• Local area knowledge of Durgapur and willingness to travel
• Confident, self-motivated, and good at customer engagement
